Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of multiline phone experience and/or reception duties preferred
- Typing and 10-key proficiency required
- Computer skills preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow privacy policies and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to maintain professionalism and customer service standards
- Ability to work in an office environment with ergonomic equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing, sorting, and filing
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry light materials
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner
- Assist callers by quickly determining the caller's needs and directing calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Communicate efficiently and effectively to exchange information
- Greet and direct visitors professionally
- Assure guests are identified and registered before accessing secured areas
- Partner with building maintenance for office cleanliness
- Coordinate office vendors for efficient operations
- Receive premium payments and prepare receipts
- Maintain the lobby as a professional first impression
- Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures
- Complete clerical duties such as address changes, preparing packets, and documenting survey results
- Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as needed
- Attend to employee and guest safety within limits
- Provide front line communication in urgent or emergency situations
