Job Requirements
- High school equivalent/GED
- 1+ years related experience as secretary/receptionist
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- detail-oriented and organized with problem solving ability
- strong verbal communication skills
- able to maintain composure during stressful situations
- proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment

- 1+ years related experience as secretary/receptionist
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- detail-oriented and organized with good problem solving ability
- notable client service, communication, and relationship building skills
- strong verbal communication skills
- able to maintain composure during stressful situations
- demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment such as printers, copy machine, and fax machine
Job Duties
- Answer telephone, screen and direct/relay calls
- provide organizational information to callers as needed
- greet persons entering organization in a friendly and helpful manner
- provide assistance and direction to patients, customers, vendors and employees at main entrances
- provide walking escort assistance to persons as needed
- handle queries from the public and customers
- perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed
- receive and sort deliveries as needed
- provide age-specific assistance/services to patients and families of toddlers through geriatrics as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
- comply with all policies and standards
- abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI)
