Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and stay organized
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- willingness to work Monday to Friday at the Miami, FL office
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
- ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
- manage and schedule appointments for staff and clients
- handle correspondence including emails and mail promptly and accurately
- maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized and presentable at all times
- provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors
