Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • willingness to work Monday to Friday at the Miami, FL office

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
  • ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • manage and schedule appointments for staff and clients
  • handle correspondence including emails and mail promptly and accurately
  • maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized and presentable at all times
  • provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors
