Job Duties
- Greet and direct all visitors
- provide an elevated level of care when engaging with customers, guests, and clients
- proactively greet familiar faces using their name and assist as needed
- confidently answer frequently asked questions
- assist with wayfinding and escort visitors to their destinations within reason
- manage badging ensuring all entrants are authorized and visibly badged
- assist contractors, new hires, and employees with badging needs and loaner assignments
- check guests in using iPads and connect them with their hosts
- manage incoming phone calls with warm greetings, use appropriate language and routing protocols
- support event setup and catering preparations
- maintain a presentable lobby area free of clutter and hazards
- update lobby monitor content daily including meetings and employee announcements
- collaborate with Senior Workplace Experience Manager on hospitality programs
- generate a minimum of five proactive work orders per week for building maintenance
- receive and route incoming USPS mail accurately
- perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- support lost and found protocol
