Job Duties
- Answer phone calls and represent the facility in a professional manner
- Respond to resident questions or inquiries
- Respond to emergency calls from residents
- Type communications
- Create new files as needed
- Keep information updated and communicated
- Assist facility staff with special projects and assignments
- Assist in the dining room when needed
- Conduct facility tours for potential residents and their families
- Assist with organizing special events, prepare sign-in sheets, and coordinate public relations
- Greet new residents and coordinate upcoming appointments
- Be acquainted with emergency and disaster plans and equipment
- Be available and visible
- interact with residents
- Record and report significant information on a potential resident's visit or call
- Assist in the collection of monthly rent from residents
- File bills and send out bills when asked
- Coordinate transportation of residents as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
