Job Duties
- Greet visitors
- receive, send and distribute mail
- answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
- order and maintain office supplies/inventory
- generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- coordinate meetings and travel itineraries
- respond to questions and requests for information
- add providers and attach documents into internal and client systems
- type at least 60 words per minute
