Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of clerical or reception experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to handle multiple phone lines and basic office equipment
- customer service orientation
- ability to work Friday through Tuesday, 3 pm to 11 pm PST
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or a related field is preferred
- strong customer service skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- good phone technique
- knowledge of basic office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, fax machines, computers, mail systems, and photocopiers
Job Duties
- Providing clerical and organizational support to the team
- provide reception coverage for the front desk
- be the primary representative to all residents, guests, employees, and public visitors
- uphold PRS core values in all aspects of the role
- handle payments and billing for additional services as needed
- answer calls, provide information, and direct inquiries per established policies
- assist residents, employees, and guests by directing them to the appropriate department or person
- manage visitor interactions, security, mail, and package distribution
