Job Requirements

  • Completion of four years of high school preferred
  • basic computer and typing proficiency
  • strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • good organizational abilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to complete MOAB de-escalation training
  • vaccination against Influenza and COVID-19 or exemption documentation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • good computer and typing skills
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to complete MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and answer routine questions
  • answer the phone and transfer callers appropriately
  • maintain records and process paperwork assigned to the information desk
  • stock supplies and provide guidance to volunteers
  • complete required Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training
  • assist in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
  • communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff
