  • Ability to operate a company switchboard
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work under direct supervision with little autonomy

Job Duties

  • Answering and placing telephone calls
  • Operating company switchboard
  • Notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers and/or visitors
  • Providing administrative support such as typing, filing, copying, and coordinating calendars
  • Greeting customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous, friendly and timely manner
  • Sorting and routing mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery
  • Coordinating meetings and organizing catering
  • Following procedures to complete daily tasks
  • Using communication skills to address internal and external clients
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management
