Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment like printers and fax machines
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • professional appearance and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email regarding the company’s services or any inquiries
  • maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests and staff
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail, organize deliveries, and manage courier services
  • schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings/conferences
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication within the organization
