Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year minimum experience as receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant with public interaction or office management preferred
- ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- valid driver’s license within 90 days of hire
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to learn and operate common office equipment such as phone systems, fax and copy machines
- proficiency in Microsoft 365
- exceptional customer service skills
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to climb stairs and ladders

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the main office building lobby and keeping lobby area clean
- provide timely, proactive, and professional customer service to all internal and external Sunrise customers
- welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering questions and referring inquiries to the appropriate person
- monitor, process, and direct voicemails left on the main phone line
- support the QA work group with administrative tasks and prioritize connection of calls and messages from partners
- model a positive, proactive communication style encouraging collaboration
- maintain employee and department directories and route calls to work groups and other divisions
- manage copy room duties including completing projects, maintaining organization, monitoring stock levels, and requesting maintenance
- maintain garage storage area and report issues
- take care of office bathroom cleanliness and restock supplies
- manage break room duties including coffee making and cleaning refrigerator
- report building and vehicle issues to SL Director
- set up, coordinate and conduct group activities for Community Living participants
- research, design, and advertise events promoting support and skills teaching
- minimal driving to pick up items from the store
- ensure events support clients’ health, safety, social integration, and skill development
