  • 0-3 plus years of experience in receptionist or administrative support role
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to plan, organize, and manage processes
  • basic knowledge of office administrative duties
  • ability to follow instructions and procedures

  • front desk or office experience is a plus
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • ability to plan, organize, and manage processes
  • basic knowledge of office administrative duties
  • ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all visitors
  • provide an elevated level of care engaging with customers, guests, and clients
  • answer frequently asked questions confidently
  • answer wayfinding questions and escort end-users within reason
  • manage building badging and ensure all entrants have visible badges
  • assist contractors, new hires, and employees with badging needs and assign loaner badges
  • check guests in and connect them with hosts using iPads
  • assist vendors with sign-in and connect to correct points of contact
  • answer incoming calls with warm greetings and use standard escalation protocols
  • assist with event setup including catering
  • maintain a tidy and safe lobby area and submit work orders as needed
  • update lobby monitors daily with schedules and relevant content
  • collaborate with Senior Workplace Experience Manager on hospitality programs
  • generate a minimum of five proactive work orders per week for building maintenance
  • receive incoming USPS mail and route it appropriately
  • perform additional administrative tasks as needed
  • support lost and found protocols and operations
