Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable and motivated
Job Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience
- Collision center experience is a plus
- Ability to think from the customer's perspective and show compassion during the vehicle repair process
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable, motivated and service oriented
- Ability to multi-task efficiently with strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers as they arrive and check in vehicles for repairs
- Review damages with the customer and estimator
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle
- Answer phone calls responding to inquiries in a professional, helpful manner or direct calls to the appropriate personnel for assistance
- Assist management with various clerical duties (sorting, filing, emails, etc.)
