- willingness to cross train in other business office positions

- Exceptional phone etiquette skills and enjoy working with people
- experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

- ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times
- answer phones and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental functions and staff sufficient to effectively assist callers and visitors
- handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
- operate switchboard telephone system
- communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- prepare memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
- provide support to and cross train in other business office positions
- promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the Mossy team
- familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
