Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- prior experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- ability to handle patient information confidentially

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Modeling company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- support the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) process by helping to get patients into the office and ensuring comfort during visits
- schedule appointments to provide a smooth and productive day for healthcare providers
- interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times
- answer telephones promptly and handle calls efficiently and thoroughly
- complete all tasks on the front office checklist daily
- post payments to patient accounts according to company policies
- act as subject matter expert in practice management system regarding patient registration, e-check in, and account accuracy
- efficiently check in patients, obtain necessary consents, and notify back-office promptly with pertinent information
- confirm all patient appointments in accordance with office policies or at least two days in advance
- return and resolve all patient messages received from the Contact Center in a timely manner
- actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
- demonstrate understanding of business imperatives and impact on metrics
- uphold stewardship of the PDS Brand consistent with its framework
- support clinician on patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor per company policies
- ensure compliance with Company policies and regulatory bodies
- perform other duties as assigned
