Job Duties

  • Greet employees and guests warmly and professionally
  • answer and transfer phone calls as needed
  • sign for incoming packages and notify the recipient promptly
  • manage incoming mail and handle shipments via FedEx and UPS
  • update shipment statuses and manage front desk emails
  • stock the break room with necessary supplies like coffee and water
