Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Willingness to learn and incorporate new methods
- Knowledgeable of computer systems and office equipment
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the day
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods
- Possess adequate sight and hearing or use prosthetics

Job Duties
- Answer telephones and direct callers to appropriate personnel
- Receive and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail
- Greet visitors and provide directions and information
- Monitor visitor access and sign-in process
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Prepare and process correspondence
- Order, receive, and maintain office supplies
