- High school graduate or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- good oral and written communication skills
- good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- good attention to detail and customer service skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Job Duties
- Greet and direct callers to proper persons, answer inquiries, and provide customer service
- assist staff with overflow work, including word processing and data entry
- assist with interview scheduling for the recruiting team
- responsible for onboarding and setting up new employees including equipment, security badges and workspace readiness
- maintain upkeep of kitchen area
- perform general office maintenance such as ordering and stocking office supplies
- provide support for departmental events and catering as needed
- process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- provide assistance and support to multiple departments as needed
- ensure completion of visitor log, sign-in sheets, and security procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
