Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and answering telephones
- guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
- scheduling and confirming appointments
- placing outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective clients
- presenting and explaining fees
- processing payments
- recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
- answering questions about products and services
- educating clients on animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
- managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- maintaining hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
- ensuring facility is neat and clean inside and outside
