Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year customer service experience preferred
- experience in RV or automotive dealership environment preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
- effective verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- transfers callers to associates' voice mail when unavailable
- greets and directs visitors to appropriate departments and personnel
- takes and retrieves messages for personnel
- provides callers with company information such as address, directions, fax numbers, and website
- maintains cleanliness and refreshment availability in customer lounge and reception areas
- coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services such as FedEx and UPS
- assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
- supports clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and keeping customer areas clean and organized
- performs other duties as assigned by management
