Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • ability to provide professional and courteous service
  • strong communication skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • previous receptionist experience preferred
  • commitment to a drug-free workplace

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
  • answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
  • maintain professional and courteous service at the front desk
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • support dealership operations through accurate and timely communication
  • uphold the dealership's reputation and image by delivering exemplary customer service
