Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require VISA sponsorship

Job Duties
- Greets and directs callers to proper persons, answers inquiries, and provides customer service
- Assists staff with overflow work including word processing and data entry
- Assists with interview scheduling for the recruiting team
- Responsible for onboarding and setting up new employees including equipment, security badges and workspace readiness
- Maintains upkeep of kitchen area
- General office maintenance including ordering and stocking office supplies
- Provides support for departmental events and catering as needed
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provides assistance and support to multiple departments as needed
- Ensures completion of visitor log, sign-in sheets, and security procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
