Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, online check-in, and wait time monitor
  • Process transactions and issue receipts
  • Possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
  • Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
  • Answer phone calls and manage communication
  • Inform customers about salon services
  • Update customer records with contact information
  • Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
  • Dedicate to excellent customer service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
