Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, online check-in, and wait time monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Possess general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
- Answer phone calls and manage communication
- Inform customers about salon services
- Update customer records with contact information
- Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- Commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- Dedicate to excellent customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
