  • proficiency using Microsoft Outlook
  • high attention to detail
  • professional appearance
  • ability to utilize sensitive information discreetly
  • pass background check
  • pass BMV check
  • pass fingerprint check
  • pass drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • at least six months receptionist experience
  • extensive customer service skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • strong attention to detail
  • professional appearance
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to pass background, BMV, fingerprint, and drug screening
  • medical knowledge is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • answer phones promptly and professionally
  • check in and out visitors
  • schedule appointments efficiently
  • take accurate payments
  • utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication
  • maintain a professional appearance
