- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- answer incoming calls promptly and transfer them to appropriate parties
- maintain call logs and take accurate messages
- handle general inquiries in accordance with company policies
- perform administrative duties such as filing, restocking supplies, and scheduling branch meetings
- provide support for operational functions including mail services and document scanning
- assist the branch manager and other personnel with various office tasks
