Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- minimum six months of receptionist or clerical experience
- ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone
- experience with multi-line telephone systems preferred
- proficiency in using computers and office equipment
- knowledge of basic office procedures
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
Job Qualifications

- experience communicating with the public by telephone and in person
- experience with operation of a multi-line telephone system preferred
- experience handling a high volume of calls with courtesy, speed, and accuracy
- experience with computer and other standard office equipment

Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
- take messages and handle caller inquiries when possible
- open the building and retrieve general voicemail messages received during non-business hours and direct to appropriate personnel
- greet incoming visitors, determine the nature of their business, and notify relevant individuals or departments
- pick up, date-stamp, sort, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- assist in planning and preparing meetings and scheduling conference rooms
- perform general data entry functions as required
- maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- monitor and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
