- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including online check-in and the wait time monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- provide general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- manage answering phone calls
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- demonstrate dedication to great customer service
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- resolve customer issues effectively
