Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of multiline phone experience and/or reception duties preferred
- Typing and 10-key proficiency required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow privacy policies and HIPAA laws
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as typing and filing
- Ability to lift and carry light loads
- Must be able to stoop and bend
- Ability to read and comprehend English
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner
- Assist callers by quickly determining needs and directing calls appropriately
- Communicate effectively to exchange information
- Greet and direct visitors professionally
- Ensure guests are registered before accessing secured areas
- Coordinate with building maintenance for office upkeep
- Manage office vendor relationships
- Receive premium payments and prepare receipts
- Maintain lobby as professional first impression
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures
- Perform clerical duties including address changes and packet preparation
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Attend to employee and guest safety
- Relay urgent or emergency communication
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks
- Meet performance and attendance expectations
- Follow privacy and HIPAA regulations
