Job Duties

  • Answering and placing telephone calls
  • operating company switchboard
  • notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers and/or visitors
  • providing administrative support including typing, filing, copying and coordinating calendars
  • greeting customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous and timely manner
  • sorting and routing mail, correspondence, packages and messages for timely delivery
  • coordinating meetings and organizing catering
  • following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks
  • using basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and team members
