Job Duties
- Answering and placing telephone calls
- operating company switchboard
- notifying appropriate parties of arriving calls, customers and/or visitors
- providing administrative support including typing, filing, copying and coordinating calendars
- greeting customers, vendors, job applicants and other visitors in a courteous and timely manner
- sorting and routing mail, correspondence, packages and messages for timely delivery
- coordinating meetings and organizing catering
- following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks
- using basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and team members
