This establishment is currently seeking a dedicated full-time receptionist to join their team. Operating Monday through Friday, this role is pivotal in maintaining efficient communication and smooth operational flow within the facility. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and relay information within the facility as necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and supervisors
- Operate paging/telephone system and locate personnel as needed
- Maintain current lists of residents, emergency contacts, department extensions, and key personnel
- Provide directions and information to visitors, guests, residents, and sales representatives
- Report suspicious persons or information to supervisor immediately
- Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules
- Create and maintain a warm, calm, and positive atmosphere throughout the facility
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information to protect resident rights
- Operate various office equipment as needed
- Attend and participate in in-service and on-the-job training
- Ensure residents' rights to fair treatment, self-determination, privacy, property, and civil rights are upheld
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement program activities
- Assist with administrative duties
- Replenish administrative supplies as necessary
- Perform additional duties as assigned
