- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to recognize fraudulent IDs
- knowledge of MED laws and regulations
- proficiency in using POS systems
- excellent communication skills
- ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- ability to organize and manage customer queues
- capable of answering and directing phone calls courteously

Job Duties
- greet customers in a friendly manner
- comply with MED laws and company SOPs when checking IDs
- scan customers into the POS system
- organize customer queues to ensure efficient and safe flow
- sign in visitors using the visitor log and issue visitor badges
- answer phone calls professionally and direct calls appropriately
- maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the lobby and front of store area
