Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
  • proficiency in Google Workspace
  • strong time management and multitasking skills
  • ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a must, with at least one year experience
  • familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus but not required
  • strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • manage phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
  • proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
  • provide support as a personal assistant to management when necessary
  • utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks
  • ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times
