Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments including creating or pulling donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records as necessary
  • Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes through approved procedures
