Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments including creating or pulling donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records as necessary
- Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes through approved procedures
