Job Duties
- Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring security to the building
- Ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor's pass supplied by the receptionist
- Provide daily coverage for the admissions coordinator during breaks and when required
- Connect and transfer calls to the appropriate party and perform overhead paging
- Notify admissions coordinator when a customer requests a facility tour
- Obtain wheelchairs for patients
- Report unusual behavior in the lobby or parking area to facilities
- Notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive for timely delivery
- Postmark all outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Log all incoming job applications
