Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to demonstrate general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Ability to work professionally with diverse teams
- Full-time availability
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radios, or computers to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long-distance phone calls, on-call employee schedules, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications efficiently and professionally
- Assist visitors and callers with inquiries or directing them to appropriate departments
- Maintain confidentiality and patient safety standards
- Collaborate closely and professionally with healthcare staff and other team members
