Job Duties
- Making a memorable first impression to callers and visitors to our office
- Providing high level administrative support
- Coordinating meetings and events for clients and associates
- Receiving, sending, and distributing mail and packages
- Typing and copying correspondence, reports, and other documents for distribution to clients and associates
- Scanning and filing documents and pdf files
- Coordinating travel arrangements for office associates
- Assisting in planning, setup, and tear down for office events
- Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Acting as an office-wide resource to support all associates with client service
