Job Duties
- Promptly answer and professionally route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate department or individual while maintaining a courteous and efficient front-line experience
- greet visitors and potential clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
- provide general information about the CCC and its services
- assist with scheduling and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and training sessions
- support call center agents and supervisors with administrative tasks as needed
- handle incoming and outgoing correspondence according to established protocols
- maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as necessary
- ensure shared spaces such as reception area, conference rooms, and break areas are organized, stocked, and ready for use
- perform clerical duties to support CCC operations and staff
