  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (experience with call center software is a plus)

Job Duties

  • Promptly answer and professionally route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate department or individual while maintaining a courteous and efficient front-line experience
  • greet visitors and potential clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • provide general information about the CCC and its services
  • assist with scheduling and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and training sessions
  • support call center agents and supervisors with administrative tasks as needed
  • handle incoming and outgoing correspondence according to established protocols
  • maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as necessary
  • ensure shared spaces such as reception area, conference rooms, and break areas are organized, stocked, and ready for use
  • perform clerical duties to support CCC operations and staff
