Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record
  • Superior interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with all customers
  • Demonstrate professionalism with customers over the phone and in person
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
  • Ability to frequently sit for prolonged periods in an office setting
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and calculator
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Normal range of hearing and vision

Job Duties

  • Answer several busy, high-volume incoming calls
  • Greet internal and external customers
  • Review and stamp outgoing mail
  • Stuff and mail monthly invoices
  • Support sales staff with titling
  • Order supplies for postage machine
  • Process Fedex overnight packages
  • Collect payments (cash and/or credit)
  • Filing, creating LPOs, and general clerical duties
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager
