Job Duties

  • assist with insurance verification for scheduled patients or clients as needed
  • maintain shared drives and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are accurate, organized, and up to date
  • schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  • maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems in accordance with organizational standards
  • order and maintain office equipment and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
  • provide general administrative support to staff and assist with front-desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
