- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred
- Proficient with multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with office software

Job Duties
- Welcome people as they enter the corporate office
- Answer multi-line phone
- Update staff members' extensions and voice mail
- Update staff listing internally
- Sort incoming faxes, distribute and deliver them to individual staff mailboxes
- Supply inventory
- Look after toner replacement
- Sort and distribute mail into individual staff mailboxes
- Receive and send packages
- Perform other duties as assigned
