Job Duties
- Greet all individuals entering the building
- demonstrate a professional appearance and positive attitude
- show respect and flexibility when dealing with members, employees, and visitors
- answer center business lines and route calls appropriately
- take and deliver messages
- provide clerical support services to staff
- maintain guest sign in log
- maintain daily member logs accurately
- ensure members complete daily activity logs and organize them for submission
- attend staff meetings
- provide outreach calls to new or non-attending members
- assist members in finding appropriate chores
- maintain STAR dollar distribution
- coordinate member transportation requests including interpretation services
- communicate intake and document updates for members
- utilize outlook, calendar, and Microsoft Teams for communication
- perform other duties as required
