Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient with office technologies and practice management systems
- Prior experience in a dental, insurance, or business setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Basic understanding of insurance and patient scheduling processes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior course work or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business preferred
- Knowledge of office practices, technology applications, and patient insurances

Job Duties
- Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework
- Support the Perfect Patient Experience process by ensuring patients feel comfortable during their visit
- Schedule appointments efficiently to facilitate smooth and productive days for healthcare providers
- Interact and communicate with patients and guests in the reception area during wait times
- Answer telephones promptly and handle calls efficiently and thoroughly
- Complete all daily front office checklist tasks
- Post payments to patient accounts in accordance with company policies
- Serve as subject matter expert in practice management system for patient registration, e-check in, and account accuracy
- Efficiently check patients in, obtain necessary consents, and notify back office of patient arrivals
- Confirm patient appointments following office confirmation policies at least two days in advance
- Return and resolve all patient messages received from the Contact Center promptly
- Actively participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other required meetings
- Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts key metrics
- Uphold stewardship of the PDS Brand by making decisions consistent with brand framework
- Support clinicians on patient education regarding the Mouth-Body Connection
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor according to company policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
