Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and executives with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls efficiently
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and visitor logistics
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a polished front desk environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, mail distribution, and expense tracking
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Support executive-level staff with special requests and projects as needed
