Job Requirements

  • Preferred education high school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years' experience or training
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment including earplugs, hairnet, beard-net, protective eyewear, and slip-resistant footwear
  • Ability to work full time
  • At-will employment status
  • No travel required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience or training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding environment with multiple projects and deadlines

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors and vendors at first point of contact following appropriate procedures
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and take complete messages
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate restocking
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting support for copier and fax machines and coordinate repairs
  • File documents and build reports, perform data entry as requested
  • Assist with company store operations and related activities
  • Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, and FedEx shipments
  • Organize and digitize warehouse receiving documentation and attach to SAP purchase orders
  • Assist in organizing purchase orders and maintenance pack slips
  • Assist in organizing facility events, coordinating related purchases and catering
