Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or the equivalent
- previous clerical or general office experience or training
- previous computer, typing and data entry experience
- previous customer service experience
- successful completion of required background checks

Job Duties
- Greet all clients and visitors to the Elizabeth Layton Center
- answer multi-line telephone system, assess calls for emergency, screen and transfer calls, and take messages as needed
- collect fees and other pertinent information when client arrives
- copy medical cards and insurance cards, when necessary
- inform clinician that client has arrived
- enter information into the appointment scheduler program
- make reminder calls, reschedule appointments, and back-fill provider schedules
- order supplies for the Ottawa location
- obtain appropriate releases of information, when necessary
- prepare packets for intakes and screens as necessary
- provide evening reception coverage when needed
- arrive for work on time
- be pleasant, friendly, and helpful to staff and visitors at all times
- retain relevant vital information and relay information to others as appropriate
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designee
- comply with ELC policies and procedures
