Job Duties

  • Greet visitors directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
  • Answer incoming telephone calls forwarding or taking messages as appropriate
  • Check voicemail and return calls
  • Manage conference room calendar
  • Create employee badges and ensure their delivery to the appropriate location
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area
  • Log incoming/outgoing mail and affix appropriate postage
  • Process and sort interoffice mail and place it into appropriate mailboxes
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team to include data entry scanning and filing documents as necessary
  • Embrace the agency’s core values in the spirit in which the agency operates at work and in the community
  • Contribute to the fulfillment of department and agency objectives and goals
  • Comply with all department and agency policies procedures and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
