Job Duties
- answer the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner
- scan and file as needed
- assist clients as needed
- receive mail, open, scan and process daily
- assist with weekly inventory, purchasing and lunch planning
- maintain kitchen to ensure cleanliness
- assist service team with flood determinations and policy downloads and other tasks as needed
- assist with compilation of information for special projects
