Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- Process transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- Manage customer flow between check in and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby area
- Manage phone calls and customer inquiries
