- must be available for work during the hours assigned
- must be local to the Central Florida area

Job Duties
- Answers the phone, determine the purpose of calls and direct calls appropriately and/or relay accurate messages
- coordinating tours and events
- creates a sense of safety and security on OCOM campus by managing the visitor sign in and background check system
- knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly, using OCOM technologies and adapt innovative organizational practices
- partnering and collaborating with security
- being an ambassador for OCOM
- create a monthly Facilities newsletter
