Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
- accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
- keep office equipment stocked with paper and toner
- sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- process outgoing mail including FedEx, certified mail, and special deliveries
- assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files as directed
- support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
